Corporate Bylaws of the Presbytery of Northern Kansas

Whereas, the Presbytery of Northern Kansas is an ecclesiastical governing body of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the Presbytery of Northern Kansas of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Inc. has been incorporated as a Kansas not for profit corporation for the purpose of managing the corporate affairs of this Presbytery; and Whereas, the ecclesiastical affairs of this Presbytery are subject to the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the Standing Rules of the Presbytery of Northern Kansas, and the secular corporate affairs of this Presbytery are subject to the Constitution and laws of the United States and the State of Kansas and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Presbytery of Northern Kansas of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Inc.; Therefore, these Bylaws are adopted for the management of the secular corporate affairs of this Presbytery.
